Learn Relaxation

Let me share my best advice with you.

Relaxation, which often is referred to as meditation is about focusing your attention on an object - for example your breathing.

Relaxation is really easy to learn, however, when I first started to meditate in Thailand I found it rather difficult.

There are thousands of meditation techniques, many of which are advanced, but why make it complicated? I believe in keeping things simple and that is clearly reflected in the guided meditations provided on axelg.com

So, when should I practice? You can listen to a guided meditation while commuting to work, during coffee breaks, after a workout or before going to bed at night.

It doesn't matter whether you're sitting or lying down but make sure the body is in a comfortable position. I recommend you keep your eyes closed during the meditation, this way you won't get distracted as easily.

Deep relaxation effectively dissolves physical and mental tension.

Insomnia

Relaxation also has positive effects on sleep. If you have difficulties falling asleep at night, listen to a guided meditation just before going to bed. Insomnia is a draining condition and without sufficient sleep the body and mind cannot function properly. Sleep comes naturally when the mind is calm, see what relaxation can do for you...

Overall Health

Deep relaxation has many positive effects on overall health, both physically and mentally. It effectively dissolves stress and calms the body and mind.

On a physical level, it's well known that relaxation assists in lowering the blood pressure. Health professionals speak very highly of relaxation. Start enjoying these benefits today!

Effective Learning

Relaxation has positive effects on learning as well. Deep relaxation makes the body and mind calm which results in improved concentration. For effective learning, I recommend that you practice guided meditation just before studying.

Best of luck!
