Learn Relaxation
Relaxation, which often is referred to as meditation, is about focusing your attention on an object, for example the breath.
Relaxation is really easy to learn, however, when I first started to meditate in Thailand I found it quite difficult. There are thousands of meditation techniques around, many of which are advanced, but why make it complicated?
I believe in keeping things simple and that is clearly reflected in the free guided meditations provided on this website.
