Learn Relaxation

Relaxation, which often is referred to as meditation, is about focusing your attention on an object, for example the breath.

Relaxation is really easy to learn, however, when I first started to meditate in Thailand I found it quite difficult. There are thousands of meditation techniques around, many of which are advanced, but why make it complicated?

I believe in keeping things simple and that is clearly reflected in the free guided meditations provided on this website.

Starting With Relaxation

So, when should you practice? You can listen to a guided meditation while commuting to work, during coffee breaks, after a workout or before going to bed at night.

It doesn't matter whether you're sitting or lying down but make sure the body is in a comfortable position. I recommend you keep your eyes closed during the meditation, that way you won't get distracted as easily.
