Learn Relaxation

Let me share my best advice with you.    

Relaxation, which often is called meditation is about focusing your attention on an object - for example your breathing. Relaxation is really easy to learn, however, when I first started to meditate in Thailand I found meditation rather difficult. There are thousands of meditation techniques, many of which are advanced, but why make it complicated? I believe in keeping things simple and that is clearly reflected in the guided meditations provided on this website.

So where do you start? You can listen to a guided meditation while commuting to work, during coffee breaks, after a work out or why not before going to bed at night? It doesn't matter whether you're sitting or lying down but make sure that your body is in a  comfortable position. I do recommend that you keep your eyes closed during the meditation, this way you won't get distracted as easily.
