We are going to do a meditation that will give you a new perspective on your personal problems and life situation.
You can sit down on a chair or on the floor, lying down is fine too.
Now, close your eyes and relax your body.
We are going on an imaginary journey to the moon, propelled by golden light.
Imagine there is a bright golden globe in front of you, within arm's reach.
The warm golden light shines on your body from top to toe, energizing you.
Every time you inhale, vibrant golden light fills your body.
Imagine the golden globe in front of you and allow every in-breath to energize you.
You can do that.
Now, your body is full of golden light and you're starting to radiate like the sun.
You're so energized.
Slowly, you start to lift off like a hot air balloon.
Down below, you see the place where you're meditating.
You rise higher and higher, propelled by the vibrant golden light.
Below, you can see the town where you live, the whole country.
You ascend through the upper levels of the atmosphere and see the blue band that wraps around the Earth.
Now, you're in space, heading for the moon.
You're so energized by the vibrant golden light.
The moon comes closer and closer, until you gently touch down on its surface.
Imagine that you sit down on a park bench and look back at Earth.
Earth is so beautiful and still.
Whatever problems you have in life, are now far away on a distant planet.
From the moon, your problems seem so tiny and insignificant.
Imagine Earth in the distance, enjoy the Moon perspective.
You gain strength by realizing how tiny and distant your problems are.
You can do that.
Imagine Earth in the distance, enjoy the Moon perspective.
