The Beautiful Breath

Welcome to axelg.com

We are going to do a breathing meditation.

You can sit down on a chair or on the floor, lying down is fine too.

Close your eyes and relax your body.

You can do that.

Gently put one hand on your abdomen.

If you are lying down, put the other hand on your chest.

This way, it's easier to become aware of the breathing.

Experiment and see what works for you.

Now, let's explore the breathing.

Slowly, bring your attention to the chest and abdomen.

Relax your body and breathe normally, let it flow naturally.

You can do that.

As you inhale, the chest and abdomen rise.

As you exhale, they fall.

Become aware of this rising and falling.

Enjoy the sensation of rising and falling.

Relax your body and breathe normally, let it flow naturally.

Stay with the breathing as the chest and abdomen rise and fall.

It's soothing to give the body attention, it makes the mind calm.

Rest with the beautiful breath.

Now, pay some attention to the end of each breath.

As the breathing stops for a moment and continues.

Stops for a moment and continues.

Rest with the beautiful breath.
