Soothing Light

Welcome to axelg.com

We are going to do a light meditation.

You can sit down on a chair or on the floor, lying down is fine too.

Now, close your eyes and relax your body.

You can do that.

Imagine you're sitting on a beach.

The air is still and the sun is just about to rise.

The first rays of pink light touch the sky.

Now, you can feel the gentle light on your forehead.

The light is soothing.

Let this beautiful light relax your body and mind.

You can do that.

The vibrant light shines on your forehead and enters the head.

Beautiful light illuminates your face.

The light makes you feel warm and relaxed.

Soothing light illuminates your neck and spine.

Rest, in the peaceful sensations.

The beautiful light shines on your forehead and illuminates your shoulders, arms and fingers.

Bright light rush out through your finger tips, releasing stress and tension.

Let it go.

Vibrant pink light illuminates your chest and stomach.

The beautiful light makes you feel warm and relaxed.

Now, the soothing light illuminates your hips, the upper legs and the knees.

Rest, in the peaceful sensations.

The beautiful light illuminates your lower legs, the feet and the toes.

Bright light rush out through your toes, releasing stress and tension.

Let it go.

The soothing pink light shines on your forehead and illuminates the whole body.

The beautiful light makes you feel warm and relaxed.

Now, you're full of vibrant light and you're starting to radiate like the sun.

Feel the beautiful light in your body.

Rest, in the peaceful sensations.

Slowly, open your eyes.

Practice makes perfect...
