We are going to do a sweeping meditation.

You can sit down on a chair or on the floor, lying down is fine too.

Close your eyes and relax your body.

You can do that.


Let's bring our attention to the top of the head – the crown.

Relax and open up to every sensation – tingling, tension, heat, cold, emotions.


We move on to the forehead.

Relax and open up to every sensation.

We go to the eyebrows and the eyes.


Slowly, we make our way to the nose and the mouth.

Relax and open up to every sensation – tingling, tension, heat, cold, emotions.


We move on to the chin, the cheeks and the ears.

Relax and open up to every sensation – tingling, tension, heat, cold, emotions.

It's soothing to give the body attention, it makes the mind calm.


Slowly, we move down the neck – to the shoulders.

Can you feel any tension?

Relax and open up to every sensation.


Let's bring our attention to the upper arms, the elbows, the lower arms, the wrists, the hands and the palms.

The palms are lively – full of tingling.

We move on to the fingers.


Now, bring your attention back to the shoulders.

And slowly let your awareness enter the chest.

Relax and open up to every sensation – tingling, tension, heat, cold, emotions.

It's soothing to give the body attention, it makes the mind calm.


We move on to the abdomen.

Relax and open up to every sensation.

You can do that.


Slowly, we move on to the hips, the thighs, the knees, the lower legs, the ankles, the feet and the soles of the feet.

Relax and open up to every sensation.

We move on to the toes.


Now, become aware of the whole body.

Relax and open up to every sensation – tingling, tension, heat, cold, emotions.


Slowly, open your eyes.

Practice makes perfect...
